Taken from https://www.shadertoy.com/view/Ms23DR by Mattias with added controls and some minor changes

simple CRT scanline effect with R/B shift, vignette and some feedback.
best for full frame footage without alpha (the feedbacks last frame remains, bug or feature)

Controls:
– Speed
– Brightness
– DistortionDetail (should be animated with timeline or FFT for best effect)

Loosely based on postprocessing shader by inigo quilez.
